MARKET MOVING AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS! The Irvine housing market is anything but one-size-fits-all! Activity varies widely by price point and property type. While some homes are still moving quickly, others, especially at higher price ranges, are taking longer to sell. Overall, the pace of the market is noticeably slower compared to the past few years.
 
ATTENTION BUYERS: NOW IS A SMART TIME TO BUY! Inventory in Irvine has risen by 1% over the past two weeks, now totaling 700 homes across all price points — the highest level since July 2020, though still well below pre-COVID averages. With summer distractions temporarily cooling demand, buyers have a valuable window of opportunity to secure a home before competition picks up again.
