My career began in investment banking on Wall Street after graduating with honors from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today—with a focus on financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and skilled negotiation.
My passion for real estate began with the purchase of my first property, a 400-square-foot condo in Manhattan. Since then, I've built my own real estate portfolio, renovated properties, and experienced firsthand the opportunities and challenges of buying, selling, and investing. What started as a personal interest eventually became a career dedicated to helping others make smart real estate decisions.
Today, with over 15 years of experience in Orange County real estate, I'm proud to rank among the top 0.5% of local agents and have been recognized as the #1 agent in Coldwell Banker's Irvine office for four consecutive years. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), I combine financial expertise, deep local market knowledge, and proven marketing strategies to deliver exceptional results for my clients.
