ORANGE COUNTY MARKET UPDATE - The Orange County housing market is becoming more balanced as inventory continues to improve. Home values have remained remarkably stable—up just 1.2% year over year—giving buyers more choices while sellers can still benefit from strong home values with the right pricing strategy.
ATTENTION BUYERS - With nearly 4,700 homes currently on the market—the highest inventory level since last September—buyers have more options and less pressure than they've experienced in years.
