November Orchard Hills Market Update

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and the year is coming to a close! I'm sure you have all heard by now, effective December 1, 2019, both gates will be staffed by a guard from 5am to 10pm, 7-days a week!

Here's a quick update on the market as we close out the year: In the past 3 weeks, the market improved significantly with "days on market" dropping considerably, resembling the Spring-time market. My last few listings have brought in crowds upwards of 100+ to the open houses and multiple offers. As most would think November & December is when the market slows due to the holidays, however this year has been vastly different as interest rates hold steady at record lows.
